Construction works are progressing at Crystal Court and Pearl Court properties.

Crystal Court is composed of two blocks, set on three roads, making it possible to develop squarish layout apartments. Set on the outskirts of Marsaskala, and overlooking The Family Park, Crystal Court has a selection of apartments with various layouts. It is composed of 5 maisonettes, 6 x 2 bedroom apartments, 12 x 3 bedroom apartments and 2 x 3 bedroom penthouses.
